My film Kaulah has won the Best Use of Sound Award at the RMIT AIM 2007 Graduate Screenings. Credit goes to Markus Kellow for his skills in both music composition and sound effects creation.
I would also like to thank Soundcorp and in particular Tristan Miller for supporting AIM by offering this award and also the staff at AIM for organizing it all.
I am very happy to say that my film Kaulah has been selected for screening at the AIM Graduate Screening. It has been a very competitive year and I feel sad for all the students who missed out but I am sure there will be a second screening at some stage.
The music and sound effects for my film were done by Markus Kellow, and it is true that sound is 50% of any film, thanks Markus.
